On behalf of the Malaysia Automation Technology Association (MATA), I would like to
extend our congratulations to the organisers of METALTECH and AUTOMEX 2022 for
successfully bringing back the exhibition for its 26th edition after the pandemic.
METALTECH and AUTOMEX have played a continuous and pivotal role in spearheading
the growth and advancement of the metalworking and manufacturing industry in
Malaysia for more than two decades and we will continue to support their efforts in
showcasing Malaysia industry players capabilities.

It is an exciting era for automation technology, as we now seeing huge jumps in
innovation that many of us could not even have envisioned in the past. We hope with the
strong collaboration , the METALTECH and AUTOMEX 2022 could promote the growth
of automation technology to the metalworking, machine technology and robotics
industries and raise greater awareness on how MATA could play our role in helping
companies in their journey to digitalization and automation.

Thus, we hope that all exhibitors and visitors at METALTECH and AUTOMEX 2022 will
utilise this platform to explore the many ways that automation can add greater efficiency
and value to their business.

With that said, I hope that all participants enjoy a highly successful experience and
secure the best possible deals during the week. I wish you a very rewarding and fruitful
